Odie Blackmon is a multi-award winning songwriter and GRAMMY nominee.   He is known for such number one hits as "I May Hate Myself In The Morning" - Lee Ann Womack, "She'll Leave You With A Smile" - George Strait and "Nothin' On But The Radio" - Gary Allan.  “I May Hate Myself In The Morning” received the 2005 Country Music Association's award for Single of the Year as well as GRAMMY and ACM nominations for Song of the Year.  In 2005 he was named Billboard magazine’s # 1 Hot Country Songwriter.  Blackmon co-produced two tracks on Gary Allan’s Universal platinum release Alright Guy.  He also co-produced Jason McCoy’s Universal album Honky Tonk Sonatas.  Blackmon has compositions on Jim Lauderdale’s latest album The Bluegrass Diaries, which has been nominated for the Bluegrass Album of the Year GRAMMY category.  His songs have been recorded by Elliot Yamin, Gary Allan (9 Cuts), Martina McBride, Cyndi Thomson, Andy Griggs, Rachel Proctor, Aaron Tippin and others.
